During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to ship quickly.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days (applicable to the 48 contiguous U.S. states).

However, transit times may be extended due to factors such as:

• Carrier operational delays

• Weather conditions, natural events, or force majeure

• Holiday peak periods

• Local delivery congestion


As a result, actual delivery time may exceed the estimated 3–5 business days.

Nevertheless, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered as promptly as possible and provide updates when available.

Shipping Coverage

drowelle currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not yet provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and will update our service areas as soon as additional regions become available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your order anytime.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and preferred shipping method.
Free shipping may apply during selected promotions.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
We will try our best to assist, but orders already shipped cannot be modified.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed unusually long, or arrives damaged,
