Returns & Refunds

If the product is unused and kept in its original, resellable condition, we’re happy to offer a return or refund.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process with care.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue:
